Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. You can see in the picture they included and installed a new modern dryer vent. GSD became the gate keeper for the rest of the storm damage, helping coordinate tree removal and a new fence. I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Worth every penny.

About a year ago they did some new gutter installation for us and we were very pleased with their work and the result.This time we had some new gutters and downspouts installed and others replaced. Called office asked for a quote, was transferred to Victor. He came out the next day gave me a price. Signed agreement that same day. They were out two days later started work. I asked for a few changes. They were experienced enough to make changes was willing to pay extra for what I asked. They did an excellent job and completed in 2 1/2 days. Let's state the obvious; gutters aren't sexy. But they're an absolute necessity. After years of dealing with undersized, improperly installed gutters I "bit the bullet." I reached out to five leading firms, and from the first interaction with Stephen, I knew GSD would be hard to beat. After my due diligence, I choose GSD due to its fair price and unique approach. When installation day came, GSD did not disappoint. The installers, Dave and Jeff, were on time, highly competent and accommodating. They worked hard during extreme heat and got the job on time. A week later, a massive storm came through, and my GSD gutters crushed it. No more crawling on the roof with a leaf blower. Hire these guys. You'll be happy you did!

GSD exceeded our expectations with our exterior house work. Victor was very kind and thorough when he came out to give a quote on repairing rotting trim and soffit on our home. The quote we received was very competitive and we were also able to get our gutters replaced as well our rusty chimney cap within our budget. Once we accepted the quote we were put on their schedule and work was completed quickly. During the process we were also going to have all of our exterior trim painted and Víctor worked with our painting contractor to coordinate schedules so it all timed out perfect. I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. They straightened the gutter and cleaned out all the leaves and debris. Then they installed the gutter guard. They also cleaned up very well when finished. I would definitely recommend DSG and strongly consider using their service again.
