I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals.From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless.My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess.They were very efficient and worked together well.My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process.GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience.Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right.GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

Barbara Hulteen and I are very pleased with the whole re-roofing job done by Andrew and GSD Roofing on our home in Saturnia Lakes, Naples.Andrew scheduled the insurance company inspector and the claim was submitted by GSD and processed.We received a check from our homeowners insurance company within two weeks. The materials showed up EARLIER than scheduled.The installation crew came immediately afterward and completed the whole job in (stripping off the old tiles and installing the new underlayment and barrel tiles) in just TWO DAYS! The job came out perfect and our home now looks like a NEW HOUSE. We cannot be MORE PLEASED with Andrew, GSD Roofing and the whole process. A TOP NOTCH COMPANY.

Incredibly well executed project despite material delays and insurance claim confusion. Andrew took full responsibility for every detail. GSD did our re-roof on our house in Punta Gorda after Ian. Jake and Kate Black were at our house just a few days after the hurricane. They also met with the adjuster to answer any questions and make sure our claim was approved We got a Decra metal roof and are very pleased. We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. You can see in the picture they included and installed a new modern dryer vent. GSD became the gate keeper for the rest of the storm damage, helping coordinate tree removal and a new fence.
