I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Worth every penny.

Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. They straightened the gutter and cleaned out all the leaves and debris. Then they installed the gutter guard. They also cleaned up very well when finished. Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. Called office asked for a quote, was transferred to Victor. He came out the next day gave me a price. Signed agreement that same day. They were out two days later started work. I asked for a few changes. They were experienced enough to make changes was willing to pay extra for what I asked. They did an excellent job and completed in 2 1/2 days. Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals.From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless.My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess.They were very efficient and worked together well.My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process.GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience.Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right.GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

They also met with the adjuster to answer any questions and make sure our claim was approved We got a Decra metal roof and are very pleased. Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. He didn't even charge me anything for coming out!I actually decided to install more guards than he suggested and we had that squared away and a date set before day's end.He came out today with a colleague and they were done in 50 minutes!Fair priced, on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!Thank you so much!I'll be sure to drop your name whenever appropriate for recommendation 😊
