Called office asked for a quote, was transferred to Victor. He came out the next day gave me a price. Signed agreement that same day. They were out two days later started work. I asked for a few changes. They were experienced enough to make changes was willing to pay extra for what I asked. They did an excellent job and completed in 2 1/2 days. I’ve been working with Andrew the past 13 months, regarding our roof replacement after Ian. Maybe it’s the sales person, but, also it has to be the people that support him, also, the ones that worked with my insurance company.. Andrew always called me back or texted when I had a question or concern. Having to wait all these months for product we now have the new roof, beautiful! This is the second time we reached out to Victor and GSD Construction Services. About a year ago they did some new gutter installation for us and we were very pleased with their work and the result.This time we had some new gutters and downspouts installed and others replaced. Victor from GSD did an amazing job finding the right products for my small project. He worked with me to find a color for my gutter needs that matched my home. Not a single roofer spoke to me or treated me like Travis when trying to get quotes. This was my 1st roof… 1st metal roof…. 1st Florida roof experience…. A tough learning experience & very frustrating. Travis changed the entire process. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time asking all of my stupid questions. He went above & beyond so many times & his price was no higher than others. He & Stephen even explained how I did NOT need things done that other roofers said I needed… such as removing toenails when installing straps which is very labor intensive, unnecessary & very costly!!! The inspector made a point to tell me how great the work was, specifically the work Stephen did on the single straps. Even the laborers were so nice to me! They left my home & yard in great condition! To be able to have a professional, competent , Un-intimidating experience & even be able to laugh through it all…. At a fair price is a unheard of. These are your guys & your company!

We are very happy with our new roof from GSD. Andrew Palmer leads a quality construction team.Initially, our roof was delayed due to material shortages after Ian. Once the project began, it was completed within weeks. The installers were experienced and worked tirelessly each day. The project moved quickly from tear off to material delivery to installation. We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. You can see in the picture they included and installed a new modern dryer vent. GSD became the gate keeper for the rest of the storm damage, helping coordinate tree removal and a new fence. One stop shop for all your storm damage needs. Bring on the storms mother nature, we are ready.

I contacted several companies to get estimates for a roof repair caused by hurricane Ian. The ONLY company who responded was GSD - and they contacted me shortly after my call. Their employee (Steve) was professional, polite, showed up in a uniform. He gave me an estimate and explained the repair process in detail. He scheduled the work in a timeley manner, and even moved me up in the schedule when another customer wasn't ready. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't ask for better service. I recommend GSD highly and when friends ask for a good roofer I will send them to GSD.

They also met with the adjuster to answer any questions and make sure our claim was approved We got a Decra metal roof and are very pleased. I needed a new roof, Stephen came out the same day I called and quoted the new roof at what I felt was a fair price. Didn’t hound me after quote was provided, gave me time to look / think things over. Went ahead and scheduled the roof install with GSD. No long lead times or issues scheduling. Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. They straightened the gutter and cleaned out all the leaves and debris. Then they installed the gutter guard. They also cleaned up very well when finished. I would definitely recommend DSG and strongly consider using their service again.

I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Worth every penny.

I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals.From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless.My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess.They were very efficient and worked together well.My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process.GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience.Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right.GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

Let's state the obvious; gutters aren't sexy. But they're an absolute necessity. After years of dealing with undersized, improperly installed gutters I "bit the bullet." I reached out to five leading firms, and from the first interaction with Stephen, I knew GSD would be hard to beat. After my due diligence, I choose GSD due to its fair price and unique approach. When installation day came, GSD did not disappoint. The installers, Dave and Jeff, were on time, highly competent and accommodating. They worked hard during extreme heat and got the job on time. A week later, a massive storm came through, and my GSD gutters crushed it. No more crawling on the roof with a leaf blower. Hire these guys. You'll be happy you did!

Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. He didn't even charge me anything for coming out!I actually decided to install more guards than he suggested and we had that squared away and a date set before day's end.He came out today with a colleague and they were done in 50 minutes!Fair priced, on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!Thank you so much!I'll be sure to drop your name whenever appropriate for recommendation 😊

When in the process we informed Austin that our roof had begun to leak he immediately had his crew out to remove the old one and had a new one dried in in one day. Amazing efficiency. Their crews worked skillfully and proficiently and displayed an excellent work ethic. When they were finished you would never have know they were there. Grateful my cousin referred me to GSD!!After a storm my roof started leaking into my bedroom ceiling. ugh, I assumed I had damage to my roof, the storm was awful and strong enough to break limbs off a few of our trees. I wasn’t looking forward to the process of having my roof work done again. I had just paid 3 yrs ago to have the whole roof replaced. My insurance company said I had to or they wouldn’t renew my insurance policy. The roof was old when I bought the house so I already knew I would eventually have to bite the bullet to replace it. It was expensive but that’s part of being a home owner. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they basically denied my claim - saying there was $687 damage and to have it repaired. I was talking to my cousin about it - she lives in the same area and had damage too. She referred me to her GSD rep Christine - she used them for h er home and was really satisfied. I called and Christine was nice enough to squeeze me in for an appointment. After looking at my roof she said there was in fact extensive damage from the storm as well as other things that were damaged on my home from the storm. After submitting an appeal with my my insurance company they sent out a different adjuster to inspect it again and I finally got approval to have my roof replaced. I just wanted them to be fair and I just wanted to be made whole again! I’d drained my savings paying for this roof a couple years ago and every year I pay a hefty premium for my insurance. After the approval Christine scheduled for the replacement to be done. She’s definitely an experienced expert. She explained the whole process. Her crew was punctual and hardworking; they left my property spotless and my roof looks amazing!!!! I just couldn’t be happier!! I wish I would have known about GSD last time. So grateful my cousins referred me to them!!! I’ll be referring my friends and family to them also.

When I first met Zach and Andrew they were in my neighborhood replacing a neighbors roof. I asked them to inspect my roof to check for hurricane damage. I was very impressed with how thorough that they were with the inspection. They then proceeded to explain to me the entire insurance process and how it worked. They provided me and my insurance carrier estimates for all of the damages. They were also kind enough to be there when the adjuster came to inspect. They were successful in getting my roof approved for full replacement.It only took 1 day for their 12 man crew to have my roof torn off. The tiles were literally delivered the following day and were loaded the day after. They then proceeded to have my roof installed the following week and I could not be any happier with the results. Truly a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called GSD construction when my homeowners insurance notified us of some shingles that needed minor repair but we needed licensed roofers to complete the job per their request. I called at 5pm and they were at my house the next morning by 9:30am. I spoke with Jeremy and Eric, both were very friendly, understanding, and once Eric arrived I told him where the problem was.... not only did he fix that area but went around the entire roof and secured shingles that were faulty that the insurance didn’t spot. Barbara Hulteen and I are very pleased with the whole re-roofing job done by Andrew and GSD Roofing on our home in Saturnia Lakes, Naples.Andrew scheduled the insurance company inspector and the claim was submitted by GSD and processed.We received a check from our homeowners insurance company within two weeks. The materials showed up EARLIER than scheduled.The installation crew came immediately afterward and completed the whole job in (stripping off the old tiles and installing the new underlayment and barrel tiles) in just TWO DAYS!
