The quote we received was very competitive and we were also able to get our gutters replaced as well our rusty chimney cap within our budget. Let's state the obvious; gutters aren't sexy. But they're an absolute necessity. After years of dealing with undersized, improperly installed gutters I "bit the bullet." I reached out to five leading firms, and from the first interaction with Stephen, I knew GSD would be hard to beat. After my due diligence, I choose GSD due to its fair price and unique approach. When installation day came, GSD did not disappoint. The installers, Dave and Jeff, were on time, highly competent and accommodating. They worked hard during extreme heat and got the job on time. Barbara Hulteen and I are very pleased with the whole re-roofing job done by Andrew and GSD Roofing on our home in Saturnia Lakes, Naples.Andrew scheduled the insurance company inspector and the claim was submitted by GSD and processed.We received a check from our homeowners insurance company within two weeks. The materials showed up EARLIER than scheduled.The installation crew came immediately afterward and completed the whole job in (stripping off the old tiles and installing the new underlayment and barrel tiles) in just TWO DAYS! It was a difficult process dealing with my homeowners insurance, material backlogs, and Village Of Estero permitting. I was kept in the loop the entire time by Billy. Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. They straightened the gutter and cleaned out all the leaves and debris. Then they installed the gutter guard. They also cleaned up very well when finished. Dealing with the damage to the house caused by Hurricane Ian seemed overwhelming, but GSD and Phil Martin, senior loss consultant, and Andrew Palmer, project, helped me every step of the way. Phil Martin was extremely knowledgeable and responsive in dealing with insurance companies, inspectors, permitting, FIGA, tile selection, meeting with the sub-contractor, etc., and he kept the process as smooth as possible. Due to the extensive, widespread damage, there were understandable delays in the delivery of tiles and the commencement of the project. Once the re-roofing began, however, Andrew was fantastic in ensuring that the entire project was completed well and in a timely manner. He kept me informed of progress on the re-roofing and contacted the subcontractor to arrange for the interior work as soon as the roof was completed. I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Worth every penny.

We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. You can see in the picture they included and installed a new modern dryer vent. GSD became the gate keeper for the rest of the storm damage, helping coordinate tree removal and a new fence. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…

Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. Dealing with the damage to the house caused by Hurricane Ian seemed overwhelming, but GSD and Phil Martin, senior loss consultant, and Andrew Palmer, project, helped me every step of the way. Phil Martin was extremely knowledgeable and responsive in dealing with insurance companies, inspectors, permitting, FIGA, tile selection, meeting with the sub-contractor, etc., and he kept the process as smooth as possible. I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Worth every penny.

He was, and is a kind, patient person, and very professional to work with! Prompt, very knowledgeable, and he kept us ‘in the loop’ every step of the way! They helped me with an insurance claim, were on time, did great work, did not leave a mess, had good pricing, and kept me informed about scheduling, etc. I highly recommend them. They also had Charlie Rice do some painting for me in connection with the insurance claim and he was great too. He did perfect work, got it done when promised, and went above and beyond in correcting problems from a previous paint job.

We have a new quality architectural shingled roof. They even made some modifications to the roof structure to make it safer for these Florida storms and wind. You can see in the picture they included and installed a new modern dryer vent. GSD became the gate keeper for the rest of the storm damage, helping coordinate tree removal and a new fence. Incredibly well executed project despite material delays and insurance claim confusion. Andrew took full responsibility for every detail. I needed a new roof, Stephen came out the same day I called and quoted the new roof at what I felt was a fair price. Didn’t hound me after quote was provided, gave me time to look / think things over. Went ahead and scheduled the roof install with GSD. No long lead times or issues scheduling. Everyone was nice and helpful. Arrived on time and cleaned up behind themselves. Roof looks great! Can’t ask for much more. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I definitely do not know if I would recommend this company…. I called them on Friday April 15th to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a new roof, the secretary tells me she is gonna have someone call me to set something up. I get a call from a guy asking me if he can go ahead and come out around 5:30 pm because he is leaving town on Saturday, I tell him no problem he then proceeds to call me at 5:47 pm telling me he had to rush to a job site to pick up a worker who cut his hand and take him to the emergency room and that he is very sorry. Then proceeds to ask me if it’s okay if he comes by today April 16th at 8am before he leaves out of town. I tell him of course that’s fine and then I get no call and no show to me that is complete bad business…
