The pictures are of Racing’s North Turn restaurant. We did it in 5 days between the hours of 8-5. We had electricians and HVAC guys there and we had to disconnect and reconnect 1 air intake, 2 kitchen hoods, and 4 AC units each day between the hours of 8am-1030 am so that they could open. This also meant, planning ahead and building the curbs ahead of time for all the units and reconnecting them. Just some background on the job, We used ISO board and Firestone PVC obviously because in restaurants the animal fat falls onto the roofs sometimes and will eat through TPO
